Quality Control

Quality and delivery discipline for repeat industrial supply

For tungsten materials and carbide parts, quality is measured by fitness for use, dimensional consistency, and delivery confidence. This page explains the mindset behind how we approach those requirements.

A practical quality model for industrial buying

We avoid vague claims and focus on the controls that matter to the order: confirmed specifications, process suitability, inspection discipline, and safer release for export shipment.

Requirement Review

Quality starts before production. The drawing, grade direction, delivery condition, and inspection scope need to be aligned before release.

Material & Batch Control

Material family, grade, and batch consistency are reviewed according to the product route and the confirmed supply requirement.

In-Process Discipline

Processing steps are managed around fit-for-use outcomes such as density, hardness, geometry, finish, and repeatability where applicable.

Dimensional Inspection

Dimensional and appearance checks are used to confirm that finished parts match the agreed print, tolerance, and delivery condition.

Export Protection

Packaging is part of quality for tungsten and carbide products. We use protection methods suited to precision, surface condition, and transit risk.

Release Confidence

The objective is not only to ship parts, but to support repeat supply with fewer surprises on arrival, assembly, and service use.

Typical controls may include

  • • Material and grade confirmation for the agreed supply route
  • • Density, hardness, or appearance checks where applicable
  • • Dimensional inspection against confirmed drawing requirements
  • • Packaging checks before release for export shipment

Important note

Inspection scope varies by product family and project. Final quality expectations should always be aligned with the confirmed drawing, specification, material grade, and mutually agreed release standard.

Have special inspection or documentation requirements?

Include them in the RFQ stage. It is easier to align the production and inspection route early than after the order is released.
